great app! tip: change notifications to alerts

I’ve wanted something like this and have hacked together some solutions for sending links from my iOS devices to my Mac using Dropbox, IFTTT, and Workflow. This app works really nicely and now I can ditch all of that stuff!

If you want things you send to your Mac to stay on the screen until you see it (without having to go into notification center) then you can change your Notifications preferences for DeskConnect, and instead of Banners change it to Alerts. This makes it better because I don’t have to remember to go check for things in notification center.
