solves problem airdrop can’t solve

I fruitlessly spent hours in different sessions over the past couple of years tyring to get airdrop to work for file sharing between MBA (Lion), MM (Snow Leopard), iMac (Yosemite), MBP (El Capitan), iPhone (iOS 9) and iTouch (iOS6).
